At York Paediatric Therapy Services, we believe in helping every child reach their full potential. With a legacy spanning more than three decades, our clinic has supported thousands of children and families through individualized, evidence-based therapy.

We specialize in paediatric care for children up to age 16, addressing communication challenges, sensory needs, motor development, and behaviour support. Our team is made up of experienced professionals who are passionate about making a difference.

A Father's Mission Turned Vision

Our clinic’s journey is deeply personal. When David Kelava’s daughter was diagnosed with autism, he explored every treatment avenue possible, across Ontario and the U.S., but could never find the kind of center he envisioned: one that truly cared, coordinated services under one roof, and respected the child as a whole.

After purchasing York Paediatrics when it was set to close, David revitalized the clinic with a mission to raise the standard of care in the GTA. His goal? A one-stop centre that delivers expert support, reduces parental stress, and gives kids a safe space to thrive beyond the home.
